Description

As you probably already know with some of our beer names, we are still quite invested in the city of Lachute and its history. Our first stout was named after the last passenger train to pass through the city, some of our flagship beers – Abigail, Amsterdam, Jericho – also reference the story of the city’s founding. Auditorium follows this same principle and for its part honors what has become over time the town hall of Lachute, the nerve center of everything good that happens in our little corner of home.

For the occasion, we brewed this light dry stout. A slightly roasted nose which evokes the scent of toast escaping from the bakeries of the main street, a bitterness which quickly eclipses and evokes the brief squabbles between old neighbors and a highly satisfying side which makes you want to return there for a a little more like the poutines at Labelle. Drinking this beer means discovering Lachute.
